The hotel was surrounded by breathtaking nature, with winding roads that offered an exciting adventure. The spa was one of the highlights of my stay, with top-notch facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every need was met. Free electric mountain bikes were also available for a fun outdoor activity.
The food and service at the restaurant were just okay and didn't meet my expectations. Some of the rooms were small and old-fashioned, making it difficult to move around.

Located in the heart of the mountains, the hotel offers easy access to the ski lifts and funicular. the main restaurant serves gourmet food, while the half-board meal is also scrumptious. the staff is friendly and approachable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Rooms are luxurious with well-equipped bathrooms and beautiful views from the window.
Although the food and service are excellent, the en suite bathroom amenities could be improved.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities that are truly luxurious. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are both heated and overlook a beautiful garden area. the Spa & wellness centre provides a relaxing atmosphere with state of the art machines and a variety of treatments available. the staff is friendly, always helpful and attentive to guests' needs.
One minor issue was the absence of an in-room kettle or coffee-making facilities.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in the mountains. Great breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Located near the ski lifts and shuttle service to and from was very convenient. Enjoyed relaxing in the spa and taking dips in the pool.
The rooms were too small for the price and the view from the window was blocked by a building. the staff was not very friendly or helpful.
